About Blankenburgh Wooncreaties
Blankenburgh Wooncreaties is a craft furniture workshop specialised in refurbishing and restoring old furniture. With craftsmanship and an eye for detail, forgotten pieces are given a second life - ready to last for many more years.
The refurbished furniture is then sold, which required its own online sales channel. The wish was clear: a webshop of their own, without the involvement of external marketplaces and their commissions. Full control over sales, presentation and the customer relationship.
In addition, Blankenburgh Wooncreaties offers private individuals the option to have their own furniture restored. This called for a smart online solution for submitting restoration requests.

The Challenge: Photo Upload for Restorations
Setting up the webshop was relatively straightforward, but the real puzzle was in the restoration request system.
Customers had to be able to submit their furniture for refurbishment in an accessible way - but the variety of requests is enormous. From antique cabinets to vintage chairs, every piece is unique.
A standard contact form was not enough. We needed a solution where customers could visually show what they wanted restored, without it becoming too technically complex.
